Update:15-year-old Clay Patrick Weeks has been found with family members in Pennsylvania.

Amber Johnson, the mother of Clay Patrick Weeks, confirmed with 23ABC that he was been found.

The Bakersfield Police Department is asking for the community's help to find a missing teenager, considered at-risk due to the fact he has never been missing before. 

Clay Patrick Weeks, 15, was last seen on August 23, 2016 in the 5400 block of Tejon Ridge Ct wearing a black t-shirt and black shorts. 

He is described as a white male, 5' 07'', 150 lbs, with blonde hair and blue eyes.
