The Bakersfield Police Department is asking for assistance locating the suspects responsible for a theft that occurred on September 28 at Premier Eye Care in Northwest Bakersfield. 

The suspects are depicted as a white woman in her 30s with brown hair and a Hispanic man in his 30s with a dark complexion and dark hair.
