BAKERSFIELD, Calif. — The Bakersfield Police Department needs help identifying a woman they said attempted to pass a forged check by using a stolen ID card at a Kern Schools Federal Credit Union.
According to officials, the woman went into the credit union located on Ming Avenue on October 24.
BPD described the woman as Hispanic or Native American, 40-50 years old, short black hair, medium build, blue/white horizontal striped tank top, with tattoos on her chest and back.
