BAKERSFIELD, Calif. — BPD needs the community's help in attempting to locate a missing juvenile who is considered at risk due to a medical condition.

Kaylee Holland was last seen on July 21, near the intersection of Villa Hermosa Drive and Villa Carmel Way.

Holland is described as a white woman, 5’5”, 135 pounds, Blond shoulder-length hair, brown eyes, wearing a black crop top style shirt, blue jeans, possible sandals and carrying a black purse.

She has a tattoo above her left eyebrow
