UPDATE ( April 26, 5:57 p.m.) Bakersfield Police has set up a perimeter around Olive and Calloway after receiving reports of Kaleb Jordan Kessinger being in the area.

Almondale Elementary School was placed on lockdown because they have an afterschool program going on, but that lockdown has been lifted.

Police hasn't confirmed if it's really him, but they're searching the area.
