Bakersfield Police Department responded to the 600 block of 32nd Street following reports of a man who was in violation of his parole. 

When police arrived, they located 20-year-old Bruce Davis and a loaded assault rifle on his patio. 

Davis ran from police but eventually, officers arrested him. Davis is charged with gang participation, resisting arrest, illegally possessing firearms and parole violation.
