BAKERSFIELD, Calif. — Bakersfield Police are asking for assistance identifying a suspect involved in prowling activity on May 7 between 7:59 and 7:52 p.m.
According to police the suspect was seen tampering with a utility box at 2502 Ming Avenue and it was believed that the suspect was attempting to disable the businesses alarm system.
The suspect is described as an adult white man between 30 and 40 years old, 5 feet 11 inches and 6 feet tall. He weighs between 160 and 170 pounds and has a slim build with a tattoo on his right forearm. He was wearing a white collared shirt with black pants and white Adidas style shoes with black stripes. He also had a black backpack and was riding a black beach cruiser style bicycle.
