BAKERSFIELD, Calif. — The Bakersfield Police Department is asking for assistance identifying a suspect that used a stolen credit card to purchase merchandise.
According to police, on February 27 the victim's credit card was fraudulently used at Target on Rosedale Highway.
The suspect is described as a black man between 30 and 40 years old between 5 feet 11 inches and 6 feet tall. He has a heavy build with a dark complexion and a short beard. He was wearing a gray hooded sweatshirt with light blue jeans and white shoes.
