The Bakersfield Police Department is asking for the community’s assistance in identifying and locating a suspect wanted for robbery.

On September 27, 2017 at 2:45 p.m., the suspect entered the Home Depot located at 8700 Rosedale Highway and selected several items. The suspect exited the business without paying for the items and was contacted by a store employee.

Upon being contacted by the employee, a struggle ensued between the two and the suspect assaulted the employee prior to fleeing the area.

The suspect is described as a:

White female, 25 years of age, 5'5”, thin build, brown hair, brown eyes, with a nose piercing.
