BAKERSFIELD, Calif. — Three people have been arrested for illegally operating a marijuana dispensary within city limits, according to Bakersfield Police Department.
Detectives say on Wednesday, April 3 around 10:30 a.m. they executed search warrants in the 2800 block of South Chester Avenue in South Bakersfield. That's where they reportedly found several pounds of cannabis, currency, and paperwork indicative of cannabis sales.
Bakersfield PD arrested 26-year-old Karina Luna, 30-year-old Michael Bernal and 33-year-old Eric Delgado for illegaly operating a marijuana dispensary and charges related to cannabis sales.
