BPD: Three people arrested for illegally operating marijuana dispensaries

BAKERSFIELD, Calif. — Detectives with the Bakersfield Police Department arrested three individuals on Thursday, April 4, following a search warrant for marijuana dispensaries operating illegally in the city.

Following the search warrants, detectives located several pounds of cannabis, currency and paperwork indicating that cannabis was sold.

Bailey Tyler, 21, Jeremy Sanchez, 25, and Matthew Puentes, 24 were arrested for charges related to cannabis sales and illegally operating a marijuana dispensary.
