BAKERSFIELD, Calif. — The Bakersfield Police Department is looking to open the conversation with the community by hosting a virtual discussion on Tuesday.

BPD will hold a zoom meeting, "Conversation, Cops and Community."

The discussion will be hosted by BPD Chief Greg Terry and a panel of community members. The goal of the meeting is to discuss recent events and how they affect our community.

The meeting starts and 1:30 p.m. and will run until 3 p.m.
