BAKERSFIELD, Calif. — The Bakersfield Police Department is looking to open the conversation with the community by hosting a virtual discussion on Tuesday.
BPD will hold a zoom meeting, "Conversation, Cops and Community."
The discussion will be hosted by BPD Chief Greg Terry and a panel of community members. The goal of the meeting is to discuss recent events and how they affect our community.
Anyone interested in taking part in the discussion can do so by emailing BPDcommunity@bakersfieldpd.us or arleanawaller@gmail.com for the Zoom invitation link.
The meeting starts and 1:30 p.m. and will run until 3 p.m.
