BAKERSFIELD, Calif. — The Bakersfield Police Department executed a search warrant in the area of 3400 K Street for a marijuana dispensary on Thursday, March 21.
According to BPD, the dispensary was operating illegally within city limits. As a result of the search warrant the seized several pounds of cannabis, currency and paperwork indicative of cannabis sales.
Two people, Jessica Ramos, 24 and Shawn Hodges, 24, were arrested for charges related to cannabis sales and illegally operating a marijuana dispensary.
