BAKERSFIELD, Calif. — Bakersfield Police Department responded to report of a vehicle versus pedestrian collision at Panorama Drive and Bucknell Street.

The pedestrian suffered major injuries.

The driver who hit the pedestrian is still at the scene.

BPD units are still arriving to the scene.
