BAKERSFIELD, Calif. - Brightwood College's second annual Holiday Fest with Santa will feature family-friendly activities starting at 3 p.m.

The free to the public event will feature photo opportunities with Santa, a "thank you" note station for military troops, refreshments and sweater contests.

The festival will be at Brightwood College's campus, 1914 Wible Road.
