BAKERSFIELD, Calif. - There will be a few new faces waiting tables at Buffalo Wild Wings this week to help raise funds for sports activities for kids in Kern County.
Teen members of the Boys and Girls Club will be greeting customers, seating guests and even taking a few orders at the Buffalo Wild Wings in southwest Bakersfield on Wednesday from 4 p.m. to 5 p.m.
This is part of the restaurant's "Team up for Kids" mission, with 10 percent of total sales and 100 percent of all guest donations given to the Boys and Girls Club.
Funds raised during this event will help support sports based events in Bakersfield, Arvin, Lamont and Frazier Park.
