KCSO confirms they found a man down in the 3900 block of Chester (Chester& Union) around 7:30 a.m. Sunday morning. The man had no apparent trauma and wasn't believed to be suspicious at this time. They canvassed the area for surveillance and witnesses.
The man was dead at the scene.
