CAL CITY, Calif. — The Kern County Coroner has identified 41-year-old Jeffery Wayne Mills as the man who died after being struck by a vehicle Monday morning in California City.
The California City Police Department said Mills was struck and killed by a vehicle in the 700 block of California City Boulevard at 8:30 a.m. Monday.
There is no suspect information at this time. The investigation is ongoing
