Former Los Angeles mayor, and California gubernatorial candidate Antonio Villaraigosa will be in Bakersfield on Tuesday, December 12, 2017. Villaraigosa will be at the Kern Community College District, where he will be visiting students at the 21st Century Clean Energy Center at 12:45 p.m. 

After meeting with students, Villaraigosa will meet with local business and community leaders at 1:00 p.m. He will be discussing jobs, economy, and his plan to create prosperity zones which will assist cities and counties with economic developmental opportunities.

The discussion will take place inside of the Kern Community College District forums room, located at 2100 Chester Avenue Bakersfield, CA 93301.
