California State University, Bakersfield announced the appointment of Victor Martin as Vice President for University Advancement Monday.

Martin currently serves as the Intermin VP and Interim Executive Director of the CSUB Foundation. The change will go into effect December 1.

Martin previously held other roles as well including the Associate Vice President for Development.
