Thursday, October 11 is National Coming Out day and the LGBTQ Network Club from California State University, Bakersfield hosted events all week.

Thursday nights event, Expression Night, allowed students to share their stores without any fear of being judged. 

Vanessa Zepeda, president of the club, hosted the event and shared her story in hopes of inspiring others.
