BAKERSFIELD, Calif. — The Department of Transportation is announcing a closure of the Southbound 99 off-ramp to White Lane this Friday for guardrail repair and maintenance from 8:30 a.m. to 12 p.m.

Closures may continue for longer periods of time if necessary, due to delays caused by weather or uncontrollable events that may occur during construction operations.
