The California Highway Patrol is no longer escorting traffic over the Grapevine.
Just before 4 a.m. the CHP began escorting traffic on Interstate 5 over the Grapevine due to snow.
At about 6:35 a.m. the CHP's Fort Tejon office said it was no longer escorting traffic.
