Every month the Community Action Partnership of Kern's food bank feeds 103,000 people every month and more than 13.6 million pounds of food is distributed every year. 

But the need to feed them continues to grow. 

On Friday, CAPK, along with GET Bus will team to help get more food to those in need. 

From 4:30 a.m. through 6 p.m., you can stop by the Valley Plaza Mall at Ming Avenue and Wible Road to make food donations.
