BAKERSFIELD, Calif. — 23ABC is just getting reports of a car chase coming to an end now on Westbound Highway 58 near Chester and Real Road.

At this time, no one is allowed to enter Highway 58 from Highway 99 right now. It appears that traffic has opened on Eastbound lanes and that only one of the lanes has opened on the Westbound side.
