Update: The CHP says three lanes of the southbound I-5 near Templin Highway are now open. The fast lane remains closed, but traffic is flowing.

All lanes of Interstate-5 on the Grapevine are closed near Templin Highway due to an early-morning crash Monday.
According to the California Highway Patrol, two cars collided just after 3:30 a.m. One of the cars ended up on its roof.
A medical helicopter was called in to transport at least one patient. It's not known what injuries were sustained.
It's not known how long traffic will be shut off. According to the CHP, traffic was backing up as far as Vista Del Lago, about five miles away from the crash scene.
