Two people are injured after they crashed into a power pole in Northwest Bakersfield according to California Highway Patrol. The collision occurred at Norris Road and Mohawk Street just before 9 p.m. Wednesday.

Officials say that two people had minor injuries. The power pole is currently down with live wires. According to PG&E two people are without power at this time. PG&E responded to repair the pole.
