The case against a first grade teacher arrested in October 2015 for having child pornography on his computer has been dismissed.
33-year-old Margarito Madueno was a teacher at Vineland Elementary. Deputies detained Madueno on October 13, 2015 after he was found in possession of images depicting child pornography.
He was charged with possession of matter depicting a minor engaged in sexual conduct.
