The 29,322 acre Cedar Fire has been 95% contained as of Friday morning.
All evacuations have been lifted. Campgrounds north of Kernville on the Upper Kern River have been reopened as of Wednesday night.
The cost to date is $49.9 million.
The blaze started on August 16. The cause of the fire is still under investigation.
