BAKERSFIELD, Calif. — Thousands of Los Angeles Lakers fans with tickets to the Celebration of Life event for Kobe and Gianna Bryant will be filling the Staples Center Monday.
The memorial hosted by the Lakers, comes nearly a month after Kobe, Gianna, and seven others were killed in a helicopter crash in Calabasas.
Doors to the Staples Center will open at 8 a.m. and the event is scheduled to start at 10 a.m., according to the Staples Center website.
The event will be streamed on the Lakers website for those who would like to watch.
