A Central Valley doctor jumped in to help during the London attack earlier this week.

KFSN-TV in Fresno talked to his parents about what happened during the incident. Agnes and David Heaney said their son was riding his bike when he saw the car plow over pedestrians.

They said Charles quickly called 999, their 911, and helped those with injuries nearby.

Charles is OK and was not hurt in the attack, according to the parents.

Charles currently lives in London but lived in Visalia for 10 years where his parents are now.
