Thousands are expected at the 19th Annual Via Arte Italian Street Painting Festival this weekend. Over 400 artists are participating in the Bakersfield Museum of Art's biggest fundraiser of the year. The event is free to spectators.

There will be live music and opportunities for kids to participate in chalk art as well.
