BAKERSFIELD, Calif. — Two children's mobile immunization clinics will be held this week providing vaccines for local kids at no cost for families without insurance.
The clinics will be held by Adventist Health in partnership with First 5 Kern. Vaccines will be given to kids and teens ages 18 and under who do not have health insurance and are enrolled in Medicare. The First mobile clinic will be held tomorrow in Shafter at the La Hacienda Market on James Street from 9:30 a.m. to 2 p.m.
The second clinic will be held here in Bakersfield on Wednesday at Adventist Health on Chester Avenue from 1 p.m. to 6 p.m.
