BAKERSFIELD, Calif. — Three lanes of Northbound 99 are blocked following a crash involving 10 vehicles.
According to the California Highway Patrol, the were two separate crashes. Three vehicles were involved in the first crash just before 7:30 a.m. on Northbound 99 just south of White Lane.
The CHP said there's only been reports of minor injuries.
