CHP Buttonwillow is asking for the public's help in finding a suspect they say was involved in a fatal hit and run.
On Sunday, October 21, around 7 p.m., CHP says a vehicle fled the scene of a collision on Buttonwillow Drive that left a local man dead. CHP is looking for a blue 2008-2010 Toyota Highlander, similar to the one pictured, with front-end damage.
CHP says the suspect vehicle fled north out of Buttonwillow after the crash. CHP believes the vehicle could have headed towards the Shafter/ Wasco/ Lost Hills area.
