A man is arrested after he led CHP and other law enforcement officials to a high speed chase that started in Kern County after 4:00 p.m. on Friday.
The pursuit reached speeds of 110 mph as the driver passed areas like Agua Dulce and Palmdale before he surrendered to the authorities in Lancaster.
At times, the driver drove the wrong way, putting other drivers in danger.
