According to Caltrans, Northbound 99 will reopen around 10:45 a.m. and Southbound 99 will also reopen around 11:30 a.m.
Northbound SR99 lanes are now open.

Caltrans said crews are currently pumping water out where the flooding has occurred.
Northbound 99 is fully shut down and one lane on Southbound 99 is currently closed, officials confirmed.
Officials also said there's no estimated time on when the lane closures will be lifted.

The California Highway Patrol has closed portions of the 99 freeway due to flooding near the Grapevine.
Two lanes of Southbound 99 have been closed as well as and all lanes on Northbound 99.
According to CHP's website, traffic will be diverted to I-5.
