BAKERSFIELD, Calif. — CHP and Caltrans are warning of heavy snow that is being forecasted in the Grapevine area Tuesday, February 5.

CHP said in a Facebook page that both of them will be doing everything they can to keep the Grapevine open. They shared a post of Caltrans spraying a brine solution on the roads to help prevent the roadway from freezing.
