(UPDATE 10:45 A.M.): The California Highway Patrol deactivated this Silver Alert. Alfredo Zepeda Torres was located, according to the CHP.
A Silver Alert has been issued for a missing 71-year-old Arvin man Thursday morning.
According to the California Highway Patrol, Alfredo Zepeda Torres was last seen at about 11 p.m. Wednesday in Arvin.
Torres is 5-foot-11, 130 pounds with white hair and haze eyes.
The CHP says Torres is believed to be wearing a black hat, black jacket, white shirt and blue jeans.

The CHP says he's believed to be on foot.
He suffers from a medical condition and may become disoriented.
