TULARE, Calif. — The California Highway Patrol said it is pacing traffic on Northbound and Southbound 99 in Tulare due to foggy conditions.
Officials said they're pacing drivers from Pixley to the Kern County line.
CHP has not disclosed an ETA of how long it will be pacing traffic in the area.
