BAKERSFIELD, Calif. — Heads up, if you're traveling through the Grapevine this week.

The California Highway Patrol said starting Wednesday the Grapevine could be closed due to forecasted snow.

Officials said if the conditions become unsafe they will hold traffic until Caltrans HQ makes the roadway safe.

The CHP Fort Tejon- Grapvine office said for drivers to expect a high volume of traffic and delays.
