BAKERSFIELD, Calif. — At least four vehicles are involved in a traffic collision on the Grapevine near Fort Tejon, according to the California Highway Patrol traffic incident website.

The collision occurred around 2 p.m., according to the website, which shows that an ambulance has been requested.

The fast lane is also reportedly blocked due to the collision.

Snowy and icy conditions have been reported in the area since Thursday evening, following a full closure of the Grapevine that lasted 36 hours.

The injuries in this collision are unknown at the time, but CHP is continuing to prompt drivers to drive slow and to expect traffic in the area.
