BAKERSFIELD, Calif. — The CHP has responded to the now viral video showing a man riding on the back of a car while it drives down what seems to be Highway 58.
The video, originally posted by Jesus Torres on Facebook Tuesday night, has over 4,000 shares. The video caption reads: "Just Another day in Bakersfield . 🤣🤣"
CHP responded to the video warning drivers to not engage in such dangerous "acts". Officials also advised individuals to consider their choices when “dared”, challenged”, or peer pressured to do something dangerous.
