KERN COUNTY, Calif. — The California Highway Patrol is looking for the driver reportedly involved in a deadly vehicle versus pedestrian hit and run.

According to officials, the incident happened on October 26 around 9:30 p.m. on Roberts Lane at Higgins Drive in Oildale.

On Wednesday, the Kern County coroner identified Glen Lee Summers as the victim that was fatally struck by the car. He was transported from the scene to Kern Medical where he died from his injuries on November 3.

CHP said the suspect's car is a tan Nissan Armada and was also captured on video they received from the nearby Empire gas station.
