Help a local child in need this holiday season through California Highway Patrol's annual holiday toy drive. The eighth annual CHiPs for Kids Toy Drive starts today. You can drop off new and unwrapped toys to several locations around Bakersfield. 23ABC is one of the event sponsors. Toys will be collected to benefit local babies and children up to 16 years old.
