The California Highway Patrol is teaming up with Target for a one-day CHiPS for Kids Toy Drive on Saturday.
Organizers will be collecting new, unwrapped toys at the East Hills Target from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.
Help a local child in need this holiday season through California Highway Patrol's annual holiday toy drive. The eighth annual CHiPs for Kids Toy Drive starts today. You can drop off new and unwrapped toys to several locations around Bakersfield. 23ABC is one of the event sponsors. Toys will be collected to benefit local babies and children up to 16 years old. Drop-off locations: - CHP Headquarters, 9855 Compagnoni St - KERO 23ABC, 321 21st St - Motor City, 3215 Pacheco Rd - Carneceria La Carreta, 3015 Calloway Dr and 5792 Stine Rd - Bakersfield Californian, 1707 Eye St
