BAKERSFIELD, Calif. — The CHP is reminding people to obey parking and driving laws in snowy areas.

They tell people to make sure they obey traffic signs and don't drive around road closed signs. CHP also reminds people not to leave their car parked in the middle of the road and to be easy on and off the gas and brake when driving in the snow, rain or ice.
