BAKERSFIELD, Calif. — According to the CHP Traffic Incident page, approximately 800 lemons spilled over onto the right hand side of Westbound 58 at Union Avenue.
The truck carrying the lemons did not topple over with the lemons, but officials said the cause for the lemons tumbling into the roadway was because they were not securely fastened.
