BAKERSFIELD, Calif. — CityServe, in partnership the Houchin Community Blood Bank, will host a "Give it Up!" Blood Drive on Monday from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. at City Center in Downtown Bakersfield.
The blood drive will be located at 3201 F. St.
“We are so excited to be working with Houchin Community Blood Bank to be able to meet the need for blood in our community. Donated blood only has a 42-day shelf life, so it’s important that those who can, come out and give during this time,” says, Robin Robinson, CityServe community engagement/church development director. “Houchin has always been a blessing in our community, now it’s our turn to be a blessing to them.”
Donors are encouraged to fill out their donation questionnaire right before the blood drive with the Quick Pass link.
