Modern Subarus to 1930s hotrods and everything in between rolling into Tony's Firehouse's parking lot in Northeast Bakersfield. Car owners ranged from do-it-yourself builders to high-end spenders.

The show is a newly started monthly meet up on the last Sunday of each month. Dave Wolin, who is one of the organizers, said the event was started to give Bakersfield car enthusiasts a chance to meet, swap tips and tricks, and showoff their rides. Wolin said, Northeast Bakersfield was selected as the area to honor it's racing past and to give more events to a quieter side of Bakersfield.

The next Coffee and Cars will be on Sunday July 29th, from 7 a.m. to 9 a.m.
