(KERO) — A new program is working to get Central Valley residents into electric cars.
The Clean Vehicle Empowerment Collaborative hosted a test drive in Fresno over the weekend. The organization provides clients who are looking to buy an electric vehicle with $13,000.
The money comes from the state and other programs.
